These terms apply when a business or organization ("you") hires Elite Marketing Bots ("we") to build and run a website chat assistant.

Demo before you buy

We may build a demo of your assistant before you agree to anything. If you do not want it, there is no charge and we delete it.

The service

We build and host a chat assistant for your website, trained on your public website and the facts you approve. Setup is $199. After that it is $49 a month.

Your approval

You review the assistant before it goes live. You confirm the facts it uses are accurate and that you may publish them. You tell us when something changes (hours, services, prices, staff) so we can update it.

Limits

The assistant is software and can be wrong. It is not a doctor, lawyer, counselor or emergency service and is set up not to act like one. It points anyone in crisis to 911 and the 988 Lifeline and lets your chosen contact know. You remain responsible for following up with the people it passes to you.

Visitor information

Chats and details visitors share are sent to the contact you choose and stored by our platform providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to use visitor information only for the purpose it was given, such as replying to a question or booking request. Your own website's privacy policy should mention the chat; we can suggest wording.

Payment

Setup is due when you approve the assistant to go live. The monthly fee is charged each month in advance and covers hosting, AI usage and up to 2 content updates a month.

Cancelling

Month to month. Cancel anytime by email to [email protected]. The assistant is switched off at the end of the paid month. On request we delete your assistant and its chat history within 30 days.

Governing law

Texas law applies.
